Walmart is hiring for a Distribution Centre Team Associate who will pick orders either to a conveyor line or a pallet/cart. Utilizing Material Handling Equipment (MHE), your responsibilities will also involve organizing pallets, maintaining picking accuracy, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pick orders for efficient shipping

• Utilize Material Handling Equipment during your duties

• Place pallets into racks and replenish stock

• Meet job performance and accuracy expectations

• Follow health and safety and housekeeping regulations

Requirements:

• Capability to lift 50 lbs during long shifts

• Must start with steel toed safety shoes/boots

• Other required safety gear will be provided

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment
