Shipper​/Receiver

Duration: 12 months Contract

• As we continue to grow our portfolio into new markets, you will be joining at an incredibly exciting time and the opportunities to progress are defined and achievable. You may not recognize our name, but chances are you will have used our ATMs.

• Pick orders for daily shipping needs, process and create labels for Purolator.
• Ship daily office documentation and packages.
• At end of each day, send all packing slips to accounting
• Prepare all International shipments documentation.
• Provide shipment tracking as requested.
• File Shipping damaged claims and follow-ups
• Prepare adjustments that need to be made to warehouse stock
• Prepare RMA’s that need to be shipped for repairs.
• Process all transfers for Western Canada.
• Process repair centers daily repaired parts transfers.
• Transfer defective live inventory to repair.
• Maintain ATM and parts inventory organization
• As required process ATM Credit notes
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file.
• Maintain preparation “prep” area clean and organized
• Participate in Inventory Counts
• Pick and Pack orders as required
• Cross train in other warehouse positions
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous Warehouse Shipping/Receiving experience
• Experience lifting/pushing/ pulling items of about 50 lbs in a safe manner
• Oracle ERP experience is an asset
• Intermediate in Office Excel
• Intermediate in Office Word
• Proficient with Computer applications/ Technology in general

• High School Diploma
