Become a crucial part of Magnum's team as a Parts & Inventory Coordinator in Strathmore, AB. This full-time role centers on effectively managing the parts inventory for the company’s fleet.

In this position, reporting to the Vice President of Maintenance & Facilities, you'll oversee the organization and maintenance of the inventory required to support operational needs. Close collaboration with various departments including Purchasing and Operations will ensure that parts are correctly cataloged and readily available. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will underpin daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Magnum’s inventory management software for tasks

• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and inventory updates

• Keep accurate records of parts availability and condition

• Maintain ongoing communication with team leads and vendors

• Train new employees on inventory procedures

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills in relevant inventory tools

• Ability to self-manage and work independently

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Background in parts management or warehouse settings is an asset
