In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of associates, training them in warehouse operations and compliance with safety practices. Your responsibilities will include packing and verifying shipments, managing inventory effectively, and utilizing various types of forklifts. You'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected at a leading outdoor company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee forklift operations and ensure safety compliance
• Train Warehouse Associates in proper procedures
• Accurately pack, pick, and verify shipment details
• Conduct regular quality inspections of all products
• Manage inventory processes using technology and manual methods
Requirements:
• High School diploma as a minimum
• Must be forklift certified with solid attendance
• Excellent English communication skills
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Familiarity with inventory control systems
