About the Role:
The Overnight DC Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the operations of the distribution center during overnight shifts to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. This position is responsible for leading and motivating a team of associates, managing workflow, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the shift. The supervisor will collaborate closely with other departments to resolve issues, optimize processes, and meet key performance indicators.
They will also be accountable for training new team members and enforcing company policies and procedures. Ultimately, the role ensures that the distribution center operates smoothly overnight, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
