Perform and coordinate daily warehouse activities, guide and support employees, and ensure operational priorities are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Perform picking, packing, replenishment, receiving, and other warehouse duties. Help organize daily tasks and support employees on the warehouse floor.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy.
Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and safety requirements.
Address operational issues and communicate concerns to management.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience.
Previous team lead, lead-hand, or supervisory experience.
A hands-on leadership style and the willingness to work alongside the team.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using warehouse systems, performance indicators, and handheld scanners.
Good spoken and written English;
French is an asset.
Automotive-parts or inventory-management experience is an asset.
