Warehouse Fulfiller
We are looking to hire a Warehouse Fulfiller to join our team. This position helps support one of the most critical parts of our company, sending orders to our subscribers, wholesale partners, and our cafes. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently prepare, pack and ship orders while helping keep our warehouse organized, safe and running smoothly. The heartbeat of this role is ensuring every customer receives the right products, on time and with the quality they expect from Monogram.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized and takes pride in doing things well. You enjoy hands‑on work, pay close attention to detail and are comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment. You approach repetitive and physical tasks with consistency, work well both independently and as part of a team, and are always ready to lend a hand.
Experience in fulfillment, shipping or warehouse operations is an asset, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine care for our customers are most important.

- Pick, pack and fulfill orders
- Assisting team with inventory counts in the roastery, including but not exclusive to
- webstore items, shipping items, cafe supplies
- Assisting the customer service team.

Schedule:- Some weekend availability
