As a specialist, you will lead initiatives to improve emergency management and business continuity at ATCO, navigating regulatory requirements and industry standards. Developing strategic training programs and exercises, you will engage cross-functional teams to promote a culture of preparedness. Your expertise will inform compliance efforts and program governance, making a significant impact on organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain EnPower Emergency Management strategies
• Facilitate emergency response planning and training sessions
• Conduct program audits, risk assessments, and updates
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide advisory support during emergency events and incidents
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Emergency Management or relevant fields
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in the domain
• Familiar with regulatory standards (CSA, ISO, BCI, DRI)
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
