Sr. Accounting Analyst; Blackline

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Black Line Analyst to play a key role in our ongoing finance automation and process optimization journey. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Black Line initiatives, partnering with accounting, finance, and corporate stakeholders to design, implement, optimize, and maintain automated workflows that drive efficiency across the organization. • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Black Line platform.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated accounting workflows and reconciliations.
• Partner with accounting, finance, IT, and corporate teams to identify and automate recurring processes.
• Support the organization's finance automation roadmap and global Black Line rollout initiatives.
• Configure and maintain workflow solutions that integrate with financial data sources.
• Analyze existing accounting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and standardization.
• Support month-end close activities and help drive continued process improvements for a streamlined close process.
• Perform ongoing system administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop scalable automation solutions.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights to support finance operations and process monitoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial close activities, and journal entry workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across accounting, finance, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Hands-on experience with Black Line.
• Experience working with SAP in a finance or accounting environment.
• Familiarity with finance automation platforms and workflow management tools.
• Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or similar automation technologies.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and automated financial processes.
