The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.
