• Supervises and plans home health aide activities in the absence of other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills with all team members, patients, and families.
• Maintains clinical record information in accordance with established standards and within established time frames.
• Participates in orientation, in‑service, and staff meetings as scheduled, and develops professional and clinical skills through attendance at staff development meetings, educational activities, and professional affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Master's, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Driver's License (DL), Occupational Therapist (OT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
