Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Manager located in Calhoun, GA. The Person al Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines insurance accounts. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and renewing policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, liaising with insurance carriers, and supporting clients in understanding their coverage options.

Qualifications

• Strongly preferred:
  Entry to mid-level knowledge and experience in personal lines insurance, policy processing, and managing customer accounts
• Must have: 2-5 years of customer service experience and communication skills for interacting with clients and insurance carriers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and processing policy changes
• Proficiency with insurance software (AMS
  360 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (must) with excellent technology skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in insurance or related fields is an advantage
