- Guide prospective clients through the process of understanding their risks and choosing appropriate protection.
- Draft and present customized insurance proposals that reflect individual needs and goals.
- Maintain active communication with current clients to ensure their policies evolve alongside their life changes.
- Develop referral networks and community partnerships to expand our agency presence.
- Review existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Current Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Excellent conversational skills and ability to build rapport with community members.
- High level of comfort using digital tools for customer management and documentation.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
