Stanton is looking for a 1st Shift
- Hard Surface Order Puller to join our Hard Surface Shipping team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our flooring products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for loading, staging, and shipping orders for a variety of hard surface materials, including luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and hardwood flooring.
- Accurately read and fulfill customer orders by loading cartons of flooring and trim onto pallets. This requires repetitive lifting and stacking (50lbs+)
- Safely and proficiently operate a fork lift truck.
- Work effectively with team members to meet shipping deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Help in packing and strapping loaded pallets for safe transfer.
- Load completed orders onto trailers for shipment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse and shipping tasks as needed to support department goals
- Ability to repeatedly lift and load heavy cartons. (50lbs+)
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets accurately.
- Proficiency in operating a lift truck.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be hot.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.

- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional overtime.
