Fabrication Order Puller

STARK is seeking an experienced Order Puller for our Calhoun, GA location. This role is responsible for assisting with cutting carpet orders.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
Job Type: Full-Time

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards.
• Use measuring tools, visual checks, and other methods to verify product quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate supervisor.
• Package approved products neatly and securely for shipment or storage.
• Label packaging accurately according to customer or internal specifications.
• Follow safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training new team members on quality and packing procedures as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications.
• Basic math and computer skills for recordkeeping and labeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed.
