Essential Duties

How to creel and splice-in yarn
How to label cones for identification and fill magazine with empty cones
How to thread the winder and repair breaks
How to complete the doffing process
How to doff the Belmont Winder on M07
How to perform housekeeping responsibilities
Review and ensure each order is correct prior to running machine
Contact supervisor with any issues/concerns
When needed, you will be required to work in other departments at Mannington

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be able to lift an average of fifteen (15) pound cones for approximately ten and one half (10.5) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift
Must be able to pass a test in order to distinguish colors
When needed, you will be required to work in other departments at Mannington
Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping
Training required to complete approximately one (1) week training under supervision of qualified associate
Other overtime is/ may be required
