Schedule:

Monday
- Friday 8a-5p, on call rotation required.

Coverage Area:
Floyd/Bartow/Gordon coverage

• Develops professional and clinical skills through attendance at staff development meetings, pertinent educational activities, and professional affiliations.
• Participates in the review process and the agency performance improvement program.
• Provides patient education, medication administration, wound dressing changes, and ostomy care as directed by the RN and ordered by the physician.
• Displays flexibility in accepting assignment changes and participates in weekend/after-hours coverage and call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School (Required)
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, IV Certified (IV) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
