The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail store. The role builds customer connections, promotes alternative shopping options, and contributes to a collaborative team environment.

• Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand expectations and store initiatives.
• Build clientele through networking and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and share feedback with management.

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
