ServiceNow System Administrator

Overview

We are hiring a Service Now System Administrator for a Long term federal project based in California. You will joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.

• Service Now certified administrator
• Service Now ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
• Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Understanding of Service Now platform architecture and tables structure
• Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in Service Now modules
• Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
• Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
