What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
  • Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
  • Develop and monitor impact models for proposed strategies, evaluating effectiveness against objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into business strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
  • Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics
  • Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
  • Knowledge of health plan operations and value-based care models
