ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver, recommending the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services give them peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
- Make recommendations based on inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
- Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
- Competitive earnings $60,000‑$100,000 per year; company vehicle with gas card.
- First 90 days: $23 per hour. After licensure: base salary plus commission.

- No experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
Job Requirements
- Safely use a ladder within weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
- Wear PPE; may require OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willing to work in various weather conditions.
