What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Sell dental insurance products to potential customers and meet sales goals
  • Analyze and evaluate Request for Proposals (RFPs) and present solutions
  • Strengthen relationships with Brokers, Consultants, and other distribution channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address sales challenges and customer feedback
  • Document sales, expenses, and related activities accurately What is Required (Qualifications):
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales or account experience in the insurance industry or employee benefits
    • At least 2 years of experience using MS Office applications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Producer’s license for Accident & Health is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • 3 years of sales or account executive experience in the dental insurance industry
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Producer’s license for Life
    • Producer’s license for Fixed Annuities
    • Additional state license(s) may be required depending on the assigned region
