- Understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with scrum methodology
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and technologies
- Knowledge of API design, development, and management
- Familiarity with Informatica Power Center and Dell Boomi for data integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
