Preparation and maintenance of financial statements.
Handling day-to-day accounting functions and data entry.
Audit & Assurance:
Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Verifying financial records, vouching, and reconciling statements.
Preparing audit reports and compliance checklists.
Taxation:
Preparation and filing of income tax returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
Handling TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance filings.
Assisting in tax planning and advisory services.
Compliance and Documentation:
Assisting in ROC filings and corporate compliance.
Drafting resolutions, minutes, and other statutory documents.
Financial Analysis:
Performing ratio analysis and preparing financial projections.
Preparing management reports, MIS, and cash flow statements.
Other Duties:
Client interaction and correspondence under guidance.
Research on accounting standards, tax laws, and amendments.
Supporting seniors in finalizing accounts and audits.
