Senior Accountant

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. This position is responsible for overseeing core accounting functions, supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, experience across multiple systems, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Support and/or lead month‑end and year‑end close processes across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Oversee or assist with payroll accounting, including reconciliations and related reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and controls
• Support accounting software implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff as appropriate

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role (preferably in Real Estate with familiarity in high‑volume, multi‑entity environments)
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple accounting and payroll software platforms
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
