Location: Bishop

- Franchise Location role at H&R Block.
This position is full-time, with a pay range of $17.50 - $19.50 per hour, and involves assisting with tax interviews, preparing tax returns, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering client and W-2 information into the tax program at the beginning of the interview.
- Assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with clients, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
- Ensuring all clients receive superior service.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading and math skills for tax interview processes.
- Effective communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance is a plus.
