Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accounts receivable billing of rent, escrow, principal, interest, etc.
- Preparation and analysis of accounts receivable aging reports, late logs, and monthly write off reports
- Issue notifications to customers of loan or rent payment increase as well as issue notifications and collections of late payments and fees
- Setup and maintenance of new GP customer
- Generate customer payment history reports
- File all accounts receivable items
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related experience
- 2-5 + years of experience within accounting
- Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Efficiently managing large volumes of data
