We have a Senior Accountant
position opening at one of our corporate offices in Fontana:

SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $110,000/year

Senior Accountant with 5-7 years General Accounting experience to assist in month-end close for multiple entities and divisions while working in a fast-paced and high-volume Corporate Accounting department.

• Prepare monthly A/R and cash reconciliations for multiple operating divisions
• Prepare general ledger schedules and journal entries
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts with large volume of transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements with supplemental trend schedules
• Ability to analyze monthly variances and provide detailed explanation and support schedules
• Assist in preparation of year-end audit schedules and audit requests
• Collaborates with AP, Ops Accounting and Finance department team members
• Other tasks and special projects as directed by manager

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong PC skills with emphasis in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills including data analysis tools
• Attention to detail, good organization and time management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all levels within the company
• Team player, willing to assist with special projects and ability to work well with others

• Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours or more per day
• Manual dexterity and vision sufficient to operate a personal computer for long periods of time without experiencing abnormal hand, wrist or eye strain
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone

• Work area is primarily in an office setting and may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
