Location: Marin City

Our client is looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior leader/co‑founder at a hedge fund.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrative partner for a co‑founder/senior executive.
  • Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones and anticipate scheduling needs.
  • Organize meetings, book conference spaces, and manage video conferencing logistics.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Assist with office operations, document organization, and workflow tracking.
  • Provide on‑site support for technology and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the New York‑based EA to ensure smooth cross‑office communication.
  • Maintain professional and confidential interactions with internal teams, investors, and external partners.
  • Help with investor meeting coordination and logistics for offsite events.
  • Support research‑related tasks and assist with firm‑wide initiatives.
  • Partner with finance for expense tracking, reimbursements, and allocations.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of experience supporting senior executives; exposure to finance or start‑up environments is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Zoom, and office technology.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Professional, approachable, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
