Job Summary

The OSM Administrator provides support to the sales, administrative team and field service crews. Duties include compiling, creating, and updating field maintenance documents; communicating with customers regarding services; fielding phone calls; and various data entry, filing and related duties.

Job Location

This position will be at our facility in Fontana, CA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Data Entry – Maintain multiple spreadsheets on a daily/weekly basis
  • Make copies of paperwork and distribute as needed
  • Check paperwork, digital forms, and files, updating or correcting documentation as needed
  • Answer calls from multi-line telephone system
  • Manage requests in a timely and customer focused manner
  • Follow directions of supervisor regarding daily tasks and expectations for each specific project
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance at assigned times
  • Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills
  • Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to use basic reasoning to understand and complete instructions
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to do basic math
  • Experience working with file-keeping software or cloud storage a plus
Education/Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent or at least two years of related experience
Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands
  • Must possess mobility to work in a dual setting of a standard office and manufacturing environment
  • Standard office includes the operation of equipment such as a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • This job involves walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items; lifting requirements are up to 40 pounds
Compensation
  • Salary ranges from $60,000-$70,000 BOE
