Cost Clerk - Feedmill

Rate of Pay: $18.50 - $25.05 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Provide administrative and clerical support for the Delhi Feedmill staff and accounting department. Prioritize administrative flow of paperwork to ensure deadlines are met.

• General clerical support
• Typing
• Answering phones
• Ordering office supplies
• Entering data into the computer
• Maintaining files
• Purchase orders
• Fuel consumption reports
• Energy reports and other feedmill reports
• Maintain feedmill preventive maintenance program in SAP
• Complete feed delivery tags, receiving tags, production data
• Inventory and shrink control of the warehouse
• Coordinate dispatch and driver paperwork

• Must have at least one year of general office clerical experience
• Must be able to type 45 WPM
• Must be able to operate a 10 key by touch
• Must have computer knowledge to include IXOS, windows, Microsoft Office
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Must have good organizational skill
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
