What We Are Looking For

CTL dba Ceres Forestry is seeking a Senior Forestry Strategy & Analytics Manager to support data-driven decision-making across project selection, pricing, feasibility, and long-term growth strategy.

This role is designed for a senior professional who combines forestry expertise, advanced analytics, and business judgment. The position goes well beyond reporting or technical analysis. This individual will partner directly with ownership and executive leadership to influence what work the company pursues, how projects are priced, and how operations scale efficiently.

This is a position that blends strategic thinking, applied forestry knowledge, and cross-functional leadership. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of decisions enabled, improved pursuit outcomes, and stronger alignment between analytics, operations, and growth goals.

What You Will Do
  • Lead forestry strategy and advanced analytics to support national growth, project selection, pricing, feasibility analysis, and long-term scaling of Ceres Forestry.
  • Organize, synthesize, and translate complex forestry, operational, spatial, and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for executive leadership.
  • Learn, evaluate, and integrate automated forestry and field data collection technologies into business operations, analytics workflows, and decision-support systems.
