Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Val Verde
- Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of college level training with a major in accounting or a closely related field.
- Type at a speed of not less than 50 words per minute from clear, legible copy.
- A minimum of four (4) years experience performing employee benefits enrollment and California state and federal labor regulations regarding leaves and benefits issues.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, codes, regulations and requirements pertaining to employee benefits/insurance plans preferably in a school district is highly desirable.
- Must have strong Microsoft office and excel skills. Experience may be substituted for college level training.

Employment in this position is contingent upon pre-employment clearances:
Board Approval, Department of Justice Clearance, Negative Tuberculosis Test, Pre-employment Physical Exam and any license/certification required by this job description.
