$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr per hour + sibling care bonuses + guaranteed mileage reimbursements (up to $25 an hour)

• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
• At least 2–3 childcare references required
• Part-time schedules available (12–30 hours per week); biggest needs: weekday afternoons & weekends
• Reliable and insured transportation required; may need to transport children to activities during shift
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments

• Orientation and training; employer-sponsored CPR/First Aid, and California Trustline if needed
• App-based tools to manage availability, scheduling, and job assignments, maximizing earnings
