Graphic or videographer

Afriski Mountain Resort invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the positions of a Graphic/Videographer at its Site at Mahlasela Pass. The candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that highlights the unique offerings of our resort. From action-packed snowboarding footage to breathtaking mountain vistas, the Graphics/Videographer will play a key role in showcasing Afriski’s charm and adventure to our target audience.

You will:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for visual content that align with Afriski’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Capture high-quality video footage and images of resort activities, events, and landscapes using professional camera equipment.
• Edit and post-process raw footage and images to create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and graphic design to continuously improve the quality and impact of Afriski’s visual content.
• Proven experience as a videographer and/or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of snow sports and outdoor recreation preferred.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed during peak season.
