We are looking for a highly creative

Graphic Designer to help develop eye-catching lighter products, packaging, and visual branding for retail and consumer markets. This role will also help guide creative direction, maintain design quality, and support the development of our growing design team.

This is a hands-on creative role focused on product appearance design, lighter body artwork, packaging development, and brand presentation across multiple product lines.

• Product appearance design
• Lighter body 3D print artwork & wrap graphics
• Trend-driven color and graphic development
• Packaging and retail presentation
• Help shape creative direction across multiple product lines
• Provide design guidance and feedback to other designers as needed

• Design lighter body 3D print artwork, wrap graphics, and surface patterns
• Create seasonal, lifestyle, fashion-inspired, and collaboration-themed graphics
• Develop visually impactful products that stand out on retail shelves
• Support OEM and private label artwork development for customers
• Create trend-driven color combinations and product concepts

• Blister cards
• Paper boxes
• Cartons
• Prepare print-ready production files for overseas factories
• Ensure branding consistency across all packaging and product lines

• Create catalogs, banners, flyers, trade show materials, and product visuals
• Support new product launches and retail presentations
• Help shape the visual direction of multiple consumer product lines
• Conduct professional photo editing and retouching
• Create realistic product mockups and presentation visuals
• Develop presentation materials for customer meetings and internal reviews

• Work closely with sales, product development, and overseas factories
• Coordinate artwork revisions and production requirements
• Participate in brainstorming and creative development for new products
• Review design work and provide creative guidance to help maintain quality and visual consistency across projects
• Support and mentor other designers as the creative team grows

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or consumer product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, product graphics, branding, or trend-based design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong illustration skills and color sense
• Understanding of print production and packaging structure
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
• Passion for consumer products, trends, and visual branding

• Experience with Adobe Dimension, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software for product mockups, packaging visuals, and basic 3D product presentations
• Experience in retail packaging design
• Experience with fashion/streetwear graphics
• Experience designing vape, accessory, or lifestyle products
• Experience working with overseas factories
• Experience with Walmart, Lowe’s, Costco, or retail packaging programs
• Experience mentoring, guiding, or reviewing the work of other designers
• Previous experience as a Senior Designer, Lead Designer, or in a role with creative ownership is a plus
