You will translate user needs and business requirements into seamless interfaces, working closely with developers, product managers, and researchers. Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and positive user experience.
- Conduct user research, create personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency and design efficiency.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design solutions clearly and effectively.
