Caesars Entertainment - Harrah's Resort Southern California [Guest Service / Concierge] As a Resort Ambassador at Caesars Entertainment, you'll:
Provide friendly service to all customers who contact the PBX department;
Answer telephone in accordance with company scripting and route calls to appropriate departments and/or parties;
Know special events, promotions and player programs;
Resolve customer issues.
