Mountain Hosts are enthusiastic, service-oriented volunteers who are passionate about enhancing the guest experience at Beech Mountain Resort. As part of a dedicated team, Mountain Hosts assist guests through education, friendly support, and knowledgeable guidance on all the resort has to offer.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the resort
• Offer assistance with directions, information, and general inquiries
• Educate guests on resort offerings, safety guidelines, and mountain conditions
• Support a positive experience through proactive problem-solving
• Ensure a welcoming and organized environment in designated host areas

• A passion for helping others and engaging with guests
• Knowledge of Beech Mountain Resort’s layout, activities, and amenities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
