Luxury Gate Concierge

We are seeking a polished and dependable Luxury Gate Concierge for an exclusive residential community in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality-minded professional who enjoys delivering exceptional service in a luxury residential setting.

The Luxury Gate Concierge will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, and service providers. This role is a great fit for someone seeking a consistent weekend schedule, supplemental income, and a professional environment where courtesy, discretion, and attention to detail are valued.

Candidates can expect a service-oriented setting with clear procedures, regular resident interaction, and the opportunity to represent a high-end community with professionalism and care.

• Greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, and service providers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Verify visitors, assist with community access procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and access logs.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding guests, deliveries, vendors, and service providers.
• Provide directions, general community information, and concierge-style assistance from the gate booth.
• Monitor gate activity and report concerns according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional gate booth environment.

• Pay: $22 to $25 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Hours:
  
  24 hours per week.

  Rancho Santa Fe, CA.

• Relevant experience preferred in concierge, hospitality, front desk, guest services, gate attendant, customer service, or luxury residential environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong customer service mindset.
• Friendly, dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable interacting with high-end clientele.
• Ability to exercise discretion when handling homeowner questions, requests, and community access matters.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work the full weekend schedule consistently.

• Previous experience in a luxury residential community, private club, hotel, resort, or high-end property environment.
• Familiarity with visitor management procedures, access logs, and gatehouse operations.
• Experience communicating with homeowners, residents, vendors, and service providers in a professional setting.
