Client Representative

Robert Half currently has an opportunity available as a Client Representative in the Audio Services Department for one of our top clients local to the Woodland Hills, CA area. The Client Representative is responsible for day-to-day client management, providing top-tier customer service to a select roster of music companies. In this role, the client representative will attend all client meetings and manage the majority of client communications to ensure that all Music Reports' contracted services for specific customers are operating as expected.

This role is highly operational in nature and will require proficiencies in data analysis, spreadsheet manipulation and some experience working with databases and query languages to render client work product. The nature of the position will also require regular interaction with internal departments including Business Affairs, IT Operations, Royalty Services, Research, and Accounting. The role reports to the Client Success Manager.
