As a Service Advisor, you're more than a middle person between the customer and the shop, you're the first point of contact and a trusted guide. You help customers understand their needs, keep them informed, and build the kind of loyalty that keeps them coming back.
What You'll Be Doing:- Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
- Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
- Managing service schedules and follow‑ups to keep things running smoothly
- Building long‑term customer relationships based on trust and reliability
- Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- A calm, professional approach. Especially when things get busy
- Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning
- Consistent Hours - No evenings, no guessing. Just a reliable Monday to Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday shift
- Great Pay - $16.90 hourly pay PLUS commissions
