We have more than 40 high quality independent dental practices in Northern California that make up the Mosaic Dental Collective. Our multi-specialty partnership focuses on clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Working in a Mosaic Dental Collective office assures you the best of both worlds – be part of an independent office team but have the support of a dynamic practice support team.

Daily guarantee and % of production. Equity and a Path to Partnership. Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement. Annual reimbursement for CE, licenses, malpractice insurance, association dues, etc. Medical/Dental/Vision/401K.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Applicable state License/credentials
• Registration with DEA for controlled substances
