Are you a mission-driven Family Medicine physician seeking to provide full-spectrum care in a supportive, community-focused setting? We’re seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team at a rural critical access hospital in Northern California
.
This is an opportunity to practice true family medicine—building lasting relationships with patients across generations, contributing to community health, and enjoying the autonomy and variety of rural medicine in a scenic, peaceful region.
Position Highlights:- Full-scope outpatient Family Medicine with optional inpatient rounding or ER backup, depending on interest
- Manageable patient volumes with strong administrative and clinical support
- Flexible schedule with protected time for charting and collaboration
- Collaborative care model with experienced nurses, specialists, and behavioral health professionals
- Serve a close-knit, underserved community that values your care
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine
- California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for rural healthcare and underserved communities
- Team-oriented and committed to continuity of care
