FTE Half‑Time Job Share Outpatient Family Medicine or MED/PEDS Physician – Sharp Rees‑Stealy Medical Group – San Diego County, Del Mar

Position Details:

• Full scope family medicine practice seeing newborns to geriatric patients
• 2.5‑day work week averaging 17‑20 patients/day
• New‑born rounding at 1 hospital:
  Sharp Mary Birch – Level III NICU and 3,500+ deliveries per year within the group
• Starting year 1 guaranteed salary of $ – Compensation does not include productivity/bonuses
• Sign‑on bonus available; full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K
• Paid vacation, CME and sick time including annual CME allowance
• Shareholder track (4 years for 0.5

• Paid malpractice coverage provided by the medical group
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
• Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool
• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Med/Peds required within 2 years of employment
• EPIC EMR utilized system‑wide

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Board eligibility or certification within 2 years of employment
• Experience seeing a full range of patients from newborns to geriatric patients
• Comfort with 2.5‑day work week and 17‑20 patients/day average
• Competence with EPIC EMR system
• Spouse or partner support for shared call and flexible schedule
