Dermatologist

Location: Woodland Hills

* Job Summary
* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of dermatological practices and the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their skin health.

* Duties
* * Conduct thorough examinations of patients' skin, hair, and nails to diagnose conditions.

* Develop and implement treatment plans for various dermatological issues, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.

* Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.

* Educate patients on skincare regimens and preventive measures for skin health.

* Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

* Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists in managing complex cases.

* Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and participate in continuing education opportunities.

* Experience
* * Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Dermatology.

* Completion of a residency program in Dermatology or related field.

* Proficiency in various dermatological procedures and treatments.

* Familiarity with infection control protocols and patient service best practices.

* Experience in pediatric cardiology or senior care is a plus but not required.

* Knowledge of spinal tap techniques, vascular radiography, orthopedics, and neonatal ventilator management is advantageous.

* * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

* Completion of a dermatology residency program.

* Valid medical license to practice dermatology in the state or region.

* Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
