The clinic delivers primary care services to a diverse adult patient population and maintains structured clinical workflows consistent with FQHC standards. Each clinician is supported by an assigned medical assistant, and a physician is available on-site.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site FQHC clinic, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule for a 40-hour week. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions for a diverse adult patient population; pediatric cases are not included in the scope of this assignment. The expected caseload is 22-25 patients per day.
