Aboutthe Clinician's Workday
The Internal Medicine physician will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population with chronic illnesses at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during day shift hours. The expected caseload is 17-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities centered on the evaluation and management of chronic medical conditions. The clinician will utilize EPIC EMR for all clinical documentation and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary support team that includes Behavioral Health staff, 2 Pharm Ds, and 2 FNPs.
No call coverage is required for this assignment.
