Jackson Physician Search is seeking an experienced FNP for a long-standing FQHC clinic in Northern California near Mount Shasta. Join a small community practice alongside 3 physicians and 5 APPs, with a 4-day work week (Mon-Thur) and an average of 15–18 patients per day.
The position includes a base salary up to $165,000 depending on experience, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, student loan repayment options, 25 days PTO, full benefits, CME, and relocation assistance.
