• National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site for loan repayment**

As a full-time Physician at SCHC, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management. You will diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, coordinate care with specialists as needed, and support an integrated, team-based approach to patient care. You will also play an active role in strengthening and expanding SCHC’s clinical services, participate in provider meetings, and support community outreach initiatives that align with SCHC’s mission.

This position offers a four-day workweek with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties, and a competitive salary range of $235,000-$250,000, depending on experience.
